How can you people gain weight from it? i havent gained more then 10lbs over the course of two years, and im on the computer maybe 10-14 hours a day most the time.

Obesity is sad, people need to learn to take care of their bodies, because they only get 1. Im personally against heavy set people unless they have a good reason, like medical/had more then 2 kids, etc.

Obesity has always been dangerous, it leaves you even more vulnerable to some diseases such as Diabetes.

You are lucky that you have a high metabolism. Oh, you don't like me now, Rwargrumble, for being obese? I can't hardly lose anymore weight and I run 2-4 miles every day.

Cept you arent obese, and you are still exercising. Theres the difference between someone who is obese and not even trying to loose the weigh, and someone who stays in shape and exercises regularly

No, I am considered obese; my height is 6'4" and weigh 210. Also I am not trying to lose weight, I'm happy with my weight. I think the charts do not really take into consideration of how strong the person is. I think obesity should be measured by percent body fat; that way people like my family don't mess the statistics up.

The charts lie actually. They are an average. Each person has a different bone mass/muscle amount.
So you cant go by the charts, unless you were like 350 lbs of flab, and it was obvious. lol
