Issue with Site

I am using Mozilla FireFox to view the site and often when I refresh the page I get a page that is nothing but garbled text somewhat like ascii code.
Also when I click on links at the top, I get a pop-up that asks me if I want to Save the file.
Is this happening to anyone else?

No, it hasn't happened to me. My guess is it has something to do with saving cookies though.

My cookies do save so I don't think it is that. The file it tries to save doesn't have the same file extension as a cookie either.
